About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the RouTiles beta developed and published by Vladislav Morgun (“the developer”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Permission to use RouTiles

You may use RouTiles for personal or lawful business purposes on supported Apple devices. You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Your content and backups

You keep ownership of tile names, routine records and other content you enter. The current version stores this data locally. You are responsible for your device, the accuracy of your entries and any JSON or CSV copies you export. Save a current JSON backup before deleting the app, replacing the device or restoring data.

Health and professional decisions

RouTiles is a general productivity tool. It does not provide medical, health, legal, financial or other professional advice and is not intended for emergencies. Do not rely on a tile, timer, reminder or history as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.

Beta availability

The beta may contain errors, change or stop being available. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, data preservation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

When RouTiles is distributed through Apple, Apple’s applicable platform terms also apply. Unless a custom App Store licence is presented, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the licence supplied through the App Store.

Ending use, changes and contact

You can stop using RouTiles and delete it at any time. The developer may end access to a beta build or update these terms when the app changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Contact: [email protected].
