Who is responsible for the app

RouTiles is developed and published by Vladislav Morgun (“the developer”). Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

Short version

The current version of RouTiles:

• requires no account and includes no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics;
• does not send your tiles, daily values or usage activity to a developer-operated server;
• stores app data locally on your iPhone;
• creates JSON or CSV files only when you request an export and lets you choose where to save or share them.

On this basis, the developer does not collect data from the current version as Apple defines collection for App Privacy disclosures.

Data stored on your iPhone

RouTiles can store tile names and settings; Check, Count, Rate and Choose values; Event times; Timer sessions; action history; reminders; and appearance, language, App Lock and other preferences. The current beta does not include iCloud sync.

Permissions and Apple services

• Notifications: optional reminders are scheduled locally. Their text is neutral and does not include tile names.
• Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode: iOS handles authentication when App Lock is enabled. RouTiles does not receive or store biometric data.

Apple processes downloads, device backups, notifications and authentication under its own terms and privacy policy.

Exports and imports

A JSON backup contains the data needed for a complete restore. CSV is a readable export and cannot be imported. Files are created only when you ask and go to a location or app you choose. They may contain sensitive routine information, so protect and delete those copies yourself.

Importing a supported JSON backup shows a preview and then replaces the current RouTiles database only after you confirm.

Deletion and retention

Data remains on the iPhone until you change or delete it. Delete All Data removes the local database and returns RouTiles to onboarding. Files previously exported elsewhere are not removed. Deleting the app removes its local data; without a JSON backup, the developer cannot recover it.

Children, changes and contact

RouTiles is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed specifically to children. This policy will be updated before any release that materially changes data handling. Questions: [email protected].
